Rural live streaming e-commerce plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of the agricultural industry, helping farmers increase their income and become prosperous, promoting entrepreneurship and employment in rural areas, and supporting the strategy of rural revitalization. A group of new farmer anchors have grown up, and the vertical track of rural live streaming e-commerce has become more specialized and refined. The Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of Rural E-commerce have set a new five-year goal for the high-quality development of rural e-commerce, which clearly proposes to build and build about 1000 county-level live streaming e-commerce bases, and further improve the application level of live streaming e-commerce.

The training is hosted by the Baoding Municipal Bureau of Commerce and organized by the China International E-commerce Center. Experts and lecturers from national professional continuing education bases are invited to give lectures. The training focuses on improving skills such as “village broadcasting”, “beautiful rural display”, and “rural specialty product sales”, as well as exploring e-commerce marketing thinking. Detailed explanations are given from aspects such as account building, script writing, store operation, and short video shooting, with a focus on cultivating “village broadcasting experts” and “new farmers in product sales”.

The rise and prosperity of rural e-commerce have attracted a large number of people to return home for employment and entrepreneurship. Short video and live streaming formats have integrated into traditional agriculture, injecting new impetus into the overall employment growth of society. Joining the “live streaming room” has opened the door to new employment opportunities for new farmers. In order to unleash their maximum potential in the vast rural world, it is necessary to further enhance their compound skills and vertical domain depth skills, and help them truly become a source of vitality for agricultural industry development and rural revitalization.
This training will be conducted in five sessions, each lasting 5 days, in the urban area of Baoding City, Lixian County, Gaoyang County, Tang County, and Yixian County. The training is conducted in more than 5000 administrative villages in Baoding City, using a combination of main and sub venues, targeting village cadres, legal persons of agricultural production and operation entities, large-scale farmers, agricultural professional managers, and individuals interested in engaging in rural e-commerce. It will directly train more than 10000 e-commerce talents in Baoding City, give full play to the “leading goose” effect, and drive the overall upgrading of the rural e-commerce talent team in Baoding.
